2 servings (1/2 mixture)
Ingredients:
1/2 can kirkland chicken breast, drained and mashed
1 small egg
9 gm shredded parmesan cheese
13 gm shredded light tex mex cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or foil and lightly spraying it with oil.
Combine the ingredients and mix thoroghly.
Drop by 2 tbsp onto the prepared pan. You should get 4 large nuggets
Lightly spray with oil and bake for 15- 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with remoulade yogurt sauce (see recipe).
