Ingredients:
2 bananas, ripe
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup plain siggi's yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup kodiak mix
12 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
10 tsp date powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 6 cup bundt pan by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.
Mix the bananas with a mixer until they are mashed.
Add the applesauce, yogurt, vanilla and eggs. Mix together. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the kodiak mix, date powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
Cake should cool completely before slicing.
Variations:
Chocolate Muffins - follow the recipe and divide the batter into 12 regular muffins. Evenly divide up 41g just date chocolate chips, sprinkle on top of batter. Cook for 20 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through. Each muffin is 2 points.
Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit, whipped cream and/or chocolate maple syrup.

I’ve made this recipe several times, sometimes I make in parchment muffin cups. Always turns out, so delicious.
Made this cake today, I used Monk fruit sweetener instead of the swerve. Cake was delicious. My 5-year-old granddaughter loved it. Looking forward to trying more of your recipes.
I made this today using the peanut butter kodiak mix. Yummy!
