Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1 scoop (44g) good protein chocolate cherry powder
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana, ripe
1/2 cup plain 0% siggi's yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare 3 large 2 cup ramekins by lightly spraying them with oil. Set aside.
Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until oats are broken down.
Divide the batter, evenly, into the prepared dishes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bakes are set and cooked through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit, whipped cream, yogurt and/or nuts.
