4 servings (1/4 cup each)
Ingredients:
5 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
1 scoop good protein creamy vanilla
2 tbsp quick oats
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp chocolate syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
If necessary, add more unsweetened almond milk, a tbsp at a time, to get the consistency you like.
Suggested Serving: Can be used as a spread on toast, rice cakes, tortillas, pitas or crackers or a dip for fruit.
