Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
3 tbsp splenda
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
2 medium bananas, ripe
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup lily's chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 9" x 11" baking pan by spraying lightly with oil. Set aside.
In a medium bowl combine the oats, peanut powder, splenda, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
In another medium bowl mash the bananas, add the egg, almond milk, applesauce and vanilla. Mix until completely combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through browned around the edges.
