Ingredients:
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 egg
6 tbsp quick oats
41g vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp orange zest
1 pinch table salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a mini loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Blend all the ingredients until the cottage cheese and the oats are broken down.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with vanilla protein yogurt and a drizzle of chocolate maple syrup.
