Crispy Tuna Patty (0 personal points)

Ingredients:

1 can water packed tuna, drained

1/4 cup old fashioned oats

1 large egg

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried chives

1/2 tsp lemon zest

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp table salt

1/8 tsp black pepper


Directions:

In a bowl combine all the ingredients.

Shape into 2 patties.

Spray a skillet and heat on medium.

Cook until each side is brown and patties are warmed through.


Suggested Serving: Serve on a salad, bun or toast with melted cheese.
