Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1 egg white, beaten
5 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place parchment paper or a silicon mat on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Whisk well.
Add the yogurt and mix with a fork until well combined.
Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from a bowl, knead the dough a few times.
Divide into 5 equal balls and place on the baking sheet.
Top with egg wash and sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning of your choice.
Bake on the top rack of the oven for 22-25 minutes.
Let cool completely before eating.
