4 servings (2 tbsp each)
Ingredients:
60 gm light feta cheese
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp greek seasoning
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Let stand for 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
Store any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Suggested Serving: Can be used as a dip or dressing on vegetables or meat.
