Focaccia (2 points)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups self rising flour

1 1/4 cups plain fat free greek yogurt

1 tsp italian seasoning

1 tsp table salt


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare an 9"x 11" pan by lightly spraying with oil. Set aside.

Mix the self-raising flour and plain fat free greek yogurt to combine. Turn onto a floured surface and knead several times. Form into a ball.

Flatten dough in the prepared pan and then press fingertips into the dough to form dimples.

Lightly spray the top with oil and sprinkle with italian seasoning and salt.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until focaccia is golden brown and cooked through.
