Fresh Apple Salsa (1 point)

2 servings (1/2 mixture each)


Ingredients:

1 medium apple, diced

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

2 slices pickled jalapeno, diced

1 green onion, sliced

1/2 tsp dried cilantro

1 tsp maple syrup

1 pinch table salt


Directions:

Combine the apple and lime juice, mix well.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Let sit 30 minutes.


Suggested Serving: Serve with crackers or baked pitas sprinkled with cinnamon.
