Fruit Cocktail Oatmeal Bake (2 points)

6 servings (1/6 pan)


Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked quick oats

7 tbsp date powder

1 tsp baking powder

14 oz can fruit cocktail packed in water, fruit and water

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare an 8"x 8" square pan by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Add the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
