GarBonzo Banana Blondies (0 points)

9 servings (1/9 th pan)


Ingredients:

2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed

3 bananas, ripe

4 eggs

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp table salt


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400F. Prepare an 8" x 8" square pan by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.

Add all the ingredients into a large blender or food processor.

Blend until contents are broken down and smooth.

Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through.

If the top gets too brown before cooked, loosely cover with a piece of tinfoil.
