Goat Cheese Spread (2 points)

5 Servings (1/4 cup each)


Ingredients:

3/4 cup plain 0% siggi's yogurt, 12 tbsp

4 oz light goat cheese, 8 tbsp


Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and goat cheese until blended well.


Suggested Serving: Can be used as a spread or dip.


Variations:

Savoury - add 3 tbsp chopped fresh herbs or 3 tsp dried herbs + 1 tsp minced garlic.

Sweet - add 5 tsp date powder or 2 tsp honey/maple syrup.
