6 servings (1/6 quiche each)
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tbsp greek seasoning
1 pinch red pepper flakes
5 slices rosemary ham, chopped
2.75 oz goat cheese crumbles
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a pie plate by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, almond milk and spices. Set aside.
Add the chopped ham and half the goat cheese crumbles to the prepared dish.
Pour the egg mixture over top of the hamand goat cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and cooked through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with vegetables.
