Hash Brown Patties (3 points)

6 servings (1 patty each)


Ingredients:

4.5 oz pkg golden grill hash browns, about 1 lb rehydrated

1/3 cup kodiak pancake mix

2 tbsp dried chives

1 tbsp old bay seasoning

3 tbsp kraft light parmesan cheese


Instructions:

Prepare the shredded potatoes according to the directions. Let cool in a large bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix carefully until combined.

Divide into 6 equal pirtions and shape into patties.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the patties on it. Freeze for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Air fry or fry in a lightly sprayed skillet over medium high heat until nicely browned.


Suggested Serving: Serve as a side dish or all on it's own as a snack.
