4 servings (6 wontons, 6 shrimps, 1/4 veggies and broth)
Ingredients:
8 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots/broccoli/cauliflower/celery)
24 chicken and vegetable mini wontons
1 cup bok choy, sliced
24 medium shrimp, defrosted, tails removed
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
Directions:
Bring broth to a boil. Add the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and mixed vegetables. Let boil 2 minutes.
Add in the wontons and bok choy, let boil for 5 minutes.
Add in the shrimp and mushrooms and boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add in the green onions and serve immediately.
