Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp splenda
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup kodiak mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat egg yolks until creamy.
Add lemon juice, milk, lemon zest, splenda, salt and kodiak mix. Mix thoroughly.
Stiffly beat egg whites.
Gently fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
Divide mixture into 4 sprayed ramekins.
Set dishes in pan and add 1/2 inch water to the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and puffy.

Hi @pbarratt thanks for your suggestions. This is a free website app and since I want to keep it free for the participants, it comes as is. A "print friendly" button was not an option. The actual printing of the recipes can be achieved a few ways, one of which is copy and paste. The other is the CTRL P option. A lot of people have different print set ups but are usually knowledgable about printing from a browser.
So glad to see your website. I love your recipes and you are an inspiration. My only suggestion is about signing up for your site. I had trouble finding out where to sign up. It would be better if your sign ups were on your Home page. Also, it would be great if your recipes had a 'print friendly' button. Now I'm looking forward to enjoying more of your great recipes.
