Ingredients:
1 cup kodiak mix
6 tbsp splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 large bananas, ripe and mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a small 6 cup bundt pan.
In a medium bowl combine the kodiak mix, splenda, baking powder and baking. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl combine the banana, eggs, yogurt, applesauce and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Split the cake batter in half.
To one half, add the cocoa and mix until combined.
Add half the plain batter to the prepared bundt pan. Smooth out.
Next add half the chocolate batter. Swirl it in with the edge of a knife.
Next add the rest of the plain batter followed by the rest of the chocolate batter. Swirl again with the edge of a knife.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
