Ingredients:
4 oz romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/4 cup english cucumber, chopped
1 oz sliced green olives
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
3 oz solid white tuna
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch table salt
Directions:
Toss together the lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, olives and onion in a mixing bowl. Add the tuna, using a fork to break it up.
Whisk together the vinegar, oil, oregano and salt. Pour over the salad and mix.
Suggested Serving: Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
