Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 oz banana, mashed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Add all the ingredients together and mix until combined.
Prepare a 6" dish by lightly spraying with oil. Pour batter into the dish.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve with yogurt and nuts.
Variation:
Black Forest - add 2 oz thawed halved dark cherries to the batter.
