Ingredients:
31g uncooked rolled oats
3/4 tsp date powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 banana, ripe
1 egg
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until the oats are broken down. Set aside.
Heat a lightly sprayed skillet on medium high heat.
Pour the mixture into the skillet and spread it out with a spatula to form a circle (around 6").
Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until cooked well. Flip it over and cook for 1 minute more.
Suggested Serving: Decorate with yogurt and fruit.
