2 servings (1/4 cup each)
Ingredients:
4 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1/4 cup 0% plain siggi's yogurt
3 1/3 tbsp light cream cheese
3 tbsp water
2 tsp yupik date powder
Direction:
Add all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix until combined.
Store leftovers in a covered container in the refridgerator.
Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit as a dip or as a spread on wasa, rice cakes, tortillas, bagels or toast.
