Ingredients:
4.5 oz canned in water peaches, drained
1 oz uncooked rolled oats
2 oz light ricotta cheese
1 oz unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tso vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a large ramekan dish (2 cup oven safe dish) by lightly spraying with oil. Set aside.
Drain the peaches and add to the prepared dish.
Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and spoon on top of the peaches in the prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve with extra fruit, yogurt and sliced almonds.
