Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats (6 points)

Ingredients:

1 oz uncooked oats

1 oz chia,hemp and buckwheat seeds

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 oz 0% siggi's yogurt

2 oz strawberries, fresh or thawed from frozen

1/2 oz natural peanut butter


Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, chia mix (except for a tsp), almond milk and yogurt. Mix well and set aside.

In a small bowl, mash the strawberries using the back of a spoon, add the remaining tsp of the chia seed mixture. Set aside to thicken.

Place 1/2 the oatmeal mixture in a small mason jar. Add the strawberry mixture on top, then finish with the remaining oatmeal mixure.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, top with peanut butter.
