Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats (4 points)

Ingredients:

1/3 cup old fashioned oats

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa

2 tsp date powder

1 pinch table salt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup 0% plain siggi's yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together until combined.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight.

Serve cold or warmed up slightly in the microwave.


Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit and or nuts.
