Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened canned pears, chopped
2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp table salt
1 cup uncooked quick oats
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened apolesauce, divided
5 tsp date powder
1 tbsp water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare 4 small sprayed ramekins. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, toss pears with 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and 1/4 cup applesauce. Divide, evenly, into the prepared dishes. Set aside.
In another medium bowl, add the oats, powdered peanut butter, applesauce, 1 tsp cinnamon, date powder and water. Mix until combined.
Sprinkle the topping, evenly, over the chopped pear mixture.
Bake until the top is golden, about 30 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
