2 servings (1/2 mixture each)
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, ripe and mashed
2 eggs
1 3/4 tbsp quick oats
2 1/2 tbsp spelt flour
24g creamy vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch table salt
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
Heat a large sprayed skillet on medium high heat.
Spoon your mixture onto the hot pan and cook on one side until golden, then flip and scramble your pancake.
Suggested Serving: Serve with berries, maple syrup and nuts.
