Pumpkin Pie Dip (1 point)

2 servings (1/2 cup each)


Ingredients:

3/4 cup plain 0% siggi's yogurt

1/4 cup canned pumpkin

8g creamy vanilla protein powder

2 tsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until everything is combined.


Suggested Serving: Serve with light graham wafers and/or apple slices.
