Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey breast
1/2 cup uncooked onion, diced
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 pkg clubhouse spaghetti sauce
19 oz can tomato sauce
2 cans whole mushrooms, drained
Directions:
Heat a large sprayed skillet on medium high.
Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add the onion and garlic. Cook another couple of minutes until onions are soft.
Add the package of dry spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. Heat up to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
Add the mushrooms and simmer until heated through, about 10 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve over spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, roasted kabocha, shiritaki or regular pasta.
