4 servings (1 patty + 1/4 mushroom/gravy mixture)
Ingredients:
10 oz uncooked 95% lean ground beef
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 package clubhouse mushroom gravy
10 oz water
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, onion and garlic powder.
Mix well and shape into 4 equal patties.
Heat a lightly sprayed skillet over medium high heat. Add the patties and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
To the same skillet, over medium high heat, add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
Mix the package of gravy and water together. Add the mixture to the skillet and turn it down to a simmer, stirring constantly.
Return the patties to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and the patties are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
