Salmon Croquettes (1 point)

4 servings (3 patties each)


Ingredients:

2 cans salmon, drained

2 eggs

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup uncooked onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup uncooked celery, chopped

1/4 cup 0% siggi's yogurt

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried cilantro

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes


Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix.

Form into 12 small patties.

Air fry until they are lightly browned and heated through, about 8 minutes.
