4 servings (1/4 mixture each)
Ingredients:
8 oz little potatoes, cubed
1/4 onion, chopped
5 links turkey sausage, casings removed, chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
Parboil your cubed potatoes for a few minutes. Drain.
To a lightly sprayed skillet over medium high heat, add the cubed potatoes. Add the onion, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the sausage, bell peppers, garlic and red pepper flakes.
Continue frying until the mixture is browned and cooked through.
