Ingredients:
18 oz little potatoes, halved
2 cups baby blend veggies, frozen
8 oz uncooked shrimp
306g turkey sausage, sliced
1 tbsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
4 wedges lemon
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F. Prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying with oil. Set aside.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, par boil the potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the frozen vegetable medly for the last 3 minutes. Drain well.
Place the potatoes, veggies, shrimp and sausage, in a single layer, on the prepared pan.
Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with the old bay seasoning and garlic powder.
Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are opague.
Serve with lemon wedges.
