4 servings (1/4 mixture)
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breasts
1/2 cup sugar free bbq sauce, divided
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup grated onion
1 tbsp splenda
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp vinegar
Directions:
Mix together the onion and garlic powder, paprika and salt. Season both sides of your chicken breasts. Set aside.
Spray the bottom of your slow cooker lightly with oil and add your seasoned chicken breasts.
Mix together the chicken broth, 1/4 cup of the bbq sauce, grated onion, splenda and worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken breasts. Cover the slow cooker.
Let cook for 2-3 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, use 2 forks to shred. Add the rest of the bbq sauce and the vinegar. Mix well.
Suggested Serving: Serve on pitas, bread or buns with more BBQ sauce and pickles.
