Ingredients:
15 oz canned white beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp table salt
Directions:
Place the rinsed beans on a tea towel, for at least 30 minutes, to dry.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with tin foil. Spray lightly with oil and set aside.
Add the ingredients to a medium bowl and gently mix together until combined.
Spread the beans out, so they are not touching, on the prepared pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the beans are roasted and crispy.
