Ingredients:
3 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 oz banana, ripe
1 pinch each table salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 cup 0% siggi's yogurt
8g creamy vanilla protein powder
4 oz strawberries, thawed from frozen
1/3 cup uncooked quick oats
Directions:
Blend up the chickpeas with an immersion blender or small food processor until smooth.
Add the banana, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend well. Set aside.
Mix the yogurt and protein powder together.
In a separate bowl, mix 6 tbsp of the yogurt mixture with the oats. Set aside.
Add 1/2 the chickpea mixture to bottom of container, next add about 1/2 the strawberries, then 1/2 the oat/yogurt mixture, then the rest of the chickpeas, the rest of the oat/yogurt mixture, the rest of the strawberries and the yogurt.
