Sweet Potato Oatmeal (3 points)

2 servings (1/2 mixture each)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup uncooked quick oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 pinch table salt

1/2 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Remove from the microwave and add more milk if desired. Serve warm.
