Tuna Fritters (1 point)

3 servings (2 fritters each)


Ingredients:

6 oz light tuna in water, drained

40 g shredded skim mozarella cheese

2 tbsp 0% plain siggi's yogurt

1 egg

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder


Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Divide into 6 equal portions. Flatten into patties.

Heat a large, lightly sprayed, non-stick skillet on medium high heat.

Add the patties to the pan and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and brown the other side for 2-3 minutes.


Suggested Serving: Serve with sriracha yogurt sauce (see recipe).
