Tuna Hummus Salad (1 point)

2 servings


Ingredients:

4 oz tuna in water, drained and flaked

3 tbsp hummus

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp carrots shredded

1 tbsp sliced green onions


In a medium mixing bowl, mash the tuna with the hummus and lemon juice. Fold in the vegetables.


Suggested Serving: Serve with additional hummus, in a sandwich or on top of crackers, rice cakes or cucumber rounds.
