Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey breast
1/2 cup uncooked onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
19 oz can white beans, rinsed
4 oz can chopped green chilies
2 cups fat free chicken broth
Directions:
Spray a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Add ground turkey and heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until lightly browned.
Transfer turkey to a slow cooker and add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for about 6-8 hours.
Suggested Serving: Serve with light shredded cheese, a squeeze of lime, pickled red onions, cilantro, greek yogurt, green onions or a sprinkle of chili powder.

I’m making this Chili today. A nice change from the tomato based Chili. Great recipe. Thanks
