6 servings (4 meatballs each)
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 egg
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp table salt
4 tbsp real bacon bits
3 oz light tex mex cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with tin foil and lightly spraying it with oil.
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
Form into 24 meatballs, about 1 tbsp each. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping over at 10 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Delicious warm or cold, served on a salad with shredded iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and dill pickles. Dress with thinned burger sauce (see recipe).
