Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey breast
2 tsp flour
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare an 8"x 8" square pan by spraying it lightly with oil. Set aside.
Combine the ground turkey, flour and spices in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher until very well combined.
Dump the meat mixture into the prepared pan and press down.
Bake for 55 minutes or until cooked through.
When the meat is cooked, slice it into thin slices.
Suggested Serving: Can be served hot or cold. Serve on a pita with spinach or lettuce, light feta cheese, pickled red onion, cucumber, tomatoes and garlic yogurt sauce (see recipe).
