Vanilla Yogurt Oatmeal (0 points)

1 serving


Ingredients:

1 small banana, ripe

1/2 cup quick oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup plain 0% siggi's yogurt


Directions:

Mash a small ripe banana in a microwave safe bowl.

Mix in the oats, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

Microwave, on high, for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the yogurt and serve.


Suggested Serving: Serve with additional milk and fruit.
