Ingredients:

2 eggs, beaten

3 oz carrot, grated

1/4 cup frozen peas

2 tbsp 0% siggi's yogurt

1 pinch each garlic and onion powder,  salt and pepper


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.

Add all the ingredients together and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and flatten/shape it.

Bake for about 20 minutes.


Suggested Serving: Add your favourite toppings, wrap and enjoy.
