Yogurt Cream Cheese/Labneh (0 points)

8 servings (~2 tbsp each)


Ingredients:

1 cup 0% plain siggi's yogurt


Directions:

Set a strainer inside of a bowl or dish. Choose a bowl/dish with sides deep enough to catch the drained liquid (about 3").

Layer 2 pieces of cheesecloth, in the strainer, one on top of the other.

Add your yogurt. Fold in the cheesecloth so your yogurt is covered.

Place the entire bowl/dish into the fridge and let drain 2-3 days.

Once the cheese is firm, you can divide it up and fold in sweet or savoury add-ins into it.


Suggested Serving: fruit/fruit preserves, spices, herbs, garlic, sundried tomatoes, pickles, pesto, seeds, nuts, laughing cow cheese, etc.


Remember to count the points of your add- ins.
