8 servings (1" slice) Ingredients 3 3/4 cups rolled oats 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp table salt 2 eggs, beaten 2 cups plain 0% fat free yogurt yogurt Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 8"x 4" loaf pan. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, combine the eggs with the yogurt. Mix well.
